DOWNTOWN CHICO PROPERTY OWNERS

Launched by property owners in Downtown Chico, Chico PBID was established to promote the civic, economic and cultural vitality of downtown.

The PBID Board of Directors voted to expand its foundational Ambassador program to six other initiatives designed to:

Stabilize the district
Improve day-to-day conditions
Restore business confidence
Position downtown for long-term reinvestment

Meetings are held at 9 AM on the second Wednesday of each month at the Chico Municipal Building and are open to the public under California's Brown Act.
