PBID Annual Report (2024)

In the year 2024, Chico Downtown Property-based Improvement District (PBID) Ambassadors cleaned up 114 sharps, 435 incidents of human waste, 962 spills, and made 5,493 homeless contacts. They also provided hospitality assistance an astounding 10,817 times.
