PBID’s 'Fresh Coat' initiative to brighten faded storefronts completed its first project with a fresh coat of paint added to the former Ellis building on the 100 block of Broadway.

Brendan Ottoboni, Chico Director of Public Works, is encouraging PBID members to participate in the Downtown Revitalization Workshop this Thursday, April 16, 5:30–7:30 PM.
