PBID received the following message from Brendan Ottoboni, Director of Public Works, encouraging PBID members to participate in the Downtown Revitalization Workshop this Thursday, April 16, 5:30–7:30 PM. The City's flyer is attached below.

Attached is the flyer for the additional Downtown Revitalization Project workshop scheduled for Thursday, April 16 from 5:30–7:30 PM in the City Council Chambers. This will be another opportunity for businesses and stakeholders to engage and provide feedback on Alternative 1. All input received will be compiled and presented to the City Council on April 21, 2026 for further consideration.

As a reminder, while we seek Council’s adoption of a preferred alternative at the April 21 meeting, needed for our ATP grant application (due June 2026), there will still be time for continued discussion and refinements. The grant review period lasts about six months, during which we can evaluate and adjust project elements as appropriate. Please note that minor changes can be made throughout the process, however, major scope changes could affect eligibility for grant reimbursement.

Thank you all for your partnership, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or requests for additional details.
