'Fresh Coat' Launches with Broadway Facelift

PBID’s 'Fresh Coat' initiative to brighten faded storefronts completed its first project with a fresh coat of paint added to the former Ellis building on the 100 block of Broadway.

Fresh Coat helps underwrite small-scale exterior enhancements to privately owned storefronts within the PBID district. Improvements may include power washing, paint, awnings, lighting, landscaping and signs.

Paint Discount and Loans

Thanks to a partnership with Sherwin-Williams, building owners can get paint at a discount. As an additional incentive, 3CORE has a low-interest loan program for building owners, and we have painters available.
